We’ll start setting up your Pie KiwiSaver Scheme account, and will email when your online login is set up. This can take up to 10 working days.

If you’re already an existing KiwiSaver member, your balance will show $0 until your money has been transferred by your previous KiwiSaver provider. This can take up to 20 working days. We’ll email to let you know when the money is in your Pie KiwiSaver Scheme account.

Don’t forget, if you have a Direct Debit or Automatic Payment set up with your previous KiwiSaver provider, you’ll need to cancel this.

New Zealand ID verification – (1) the NZTA for the purpose of checking the Driver Licence and MOTO databases; (2) the Department of Internal Affairs for the purpose of checking the Passport, Birth Certificate and Citizen Certificate databases; (3) Land Information New Zealand; (4) the Companies Office; (5) Centrix Group Limited (and I authorise Centrix to use any information that they hold in their credit reporting bureau about me to compare the information that I have provided); and (6) the White Pages.

Conservative Fund

The Pie KiwiSaver Conservative Fund seeks to preserve members' capital with modest capital growth over a period exceeding 3 years.

This fund might suit you if you have a short timeframe in which to invest, or if you aren’t all that comfortable with investing.

Balanced Fund

The Pie KiwiSaver Balanced Fund seeks to provide members with steady capital growth over a period exceeding 5 years.

This fund might suit you if you have a medium or longer timeframe to invest.

Growth Fund

The Pie KiwiSaver Growth Fund seeks to maximise capital growth for members over a period exceeding 7 years.

This fund might suit you if you’re further away from retirement and are comfortable with investing.

Driver licence number

There are currently two versions of the New Zealand Driver Licence in circulation.

On the old licence, you’ll find your 8-character Licence Number on the front, under section 5a.
On the new licence, you’ll find your 8-character Licence Number on the front, under the section called ’Licence'.
